The Toy Maker's Troubles: A 2nd Level Adventure for 5th Edition

Wilmop Wobblebelt always had a love for toys. Ever since he was a wee lad, he loved complex wooden constructions that could move and be played with. When he grew older, Wilmop spent hours diligently learning the art of woodcraft so that he could bring his own marvelous creations into the world. Once built, he then infused them with arcane energies so they could offer even more to those he gifted them to. All was well, until Wilmop came into possession of a new wand... one with a mind of its own.

The wand was known as Fiddlestick, and it excelled in the creation of constructs. Its original master, a wizard named Zanjin Shadowflow, imbued it with a bit of his own spirit to enhance its abilities, and when he died, a portion of who he was lived on in the old ebony stick. Zanjin was an evil old gnome, full of disdain for the living and only showing respect for those who could create animated life. When his wand fell into the hands of Wilmop, his spirit saw it as an opportunity to spread some chaos among the living.

Now, a handful of Wilmop's creations have run amok in the town of Heartshire. Their mischief ranges from simple pranks to outright violence. Unless someone stops them, they'll cause all sorts of trouble!
