The Flooded Tomb: A 9th Level Adventure for 5th Edition

The city of Valhenge is under attack. Every night, innocent citizens are snatched up off the streets only to be found drained of blood by morning. Fearing the worst, the local clergy gather to discuss their options. They finally settle on a scrying spell to determine the source of the attacks. Much to their horror, it reveals that a vampire lord named Astrophel has come to the city and setup a lair in the old flooded catacombs beneath the city streets. With no other options, they put out a call for adventurers to slay the foul creature once and for all.
