Hearts of Ice: A 5th Level Adventure for 5th Edition

The village of Falmourn has been beset by a seemingly never-ending blizzard. Nestled away in the mountains, its location normally begets isolation, however, the storm has all but cut it off from the outside world. To make matters worse, a strange affliction has begun affecting the townsfolk. It begins with chills, followed by the skin turning blue, then coughing fits, and finally a zombie like state from which there is no return.

Now, the remaining villagers stay hunkered down in their homes, supplies slowly dwindling. The coughing fits of the infected have faded, and now, the shuffling of feet can be heard outside at all hours. Someone must find the source of the infection and put a stop to it before the rest of the town falls victim, or even worse, it finds its way beyond the edges of the storm.
